Meet Elizabeth
About Me
I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist Candidate with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. My approach is rooted in functional nutrition, which means I look at how different systems in the body are interconnected and work to uncover the root contributors to your health concerns, rather than just addressing symptoms.
-
I have personally experienced the connection between what we eat and how we feel. My own health journey showed me just how much nutrition can impact energy, mood, and overall well-being.
What I needed was someone who would truly listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help me find clarity through personalized changes to my diet and lifestyle. That process involved experimentation, testing, and learning how to reconnect with my body. It's what ultimately led me to make a career change and become a functional nutritionist.
Now, I’m here to offer that same kind of partnership to you. Whether you're managing a specific condition or simply want to feel more like yourself again, I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based support.
-
I believe that nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming. In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll work together to create personalized strategies that are both realistic and sustainable, tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. This might mean using food as medicine, incorporating supportive supplements, or making small but meaningful diet and lifestyle changes that support your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
I work with a wide range of clients, whether you're:
Managing a chronic condition
Navigating fatigue, digestive issues, or hormonal changes
Working toward fitness or performance goals
Or simply looking to feel more energized and balanced in your day-to-day life
No matter where you're starting, I meet you with curiosity, compassion, and clinical insight. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you move toward better health, both now and in the long term.
Nutrition is personal. Your care should be, too.
